My cart stopped working all at once. It has power to the solenoid, power to the motor. I tested the motor for continuity and I got the following.
i get OL for. A1-A2, A1-F1, A1-F2, A2-F1, A2-F2. When I check F1-F2 i get 1.0 as a reading.
When I check any of the 4 connections to the motor body, I get OL also
Does this indicate a bad motor?

yes a motor can just go ... sometimes it is while moving
