Team, recently I purchased a 2012 Bad Boy Buggy XTO 48vdc 4wd electric cart. I built a heated battery backup box with four 12VDC deep cycles wired in series for winter use/backup/etc... Is anyone electrically educated enough to tell me where to land the + and _ under the seat to allow this box to be 'switched on' and used to power the cart when the 8 6V batteries run out of juice? I would hate to blow up my new cart....... I built it right, insulated with a 400amp on/off switch and 2/0 cable, it puts out 51VDC when fully charged......... The internal heater pads keep the box at 70F internal and it's 12F here in NE Wisconsin right now.
