I have a 2012 Club Car DS, with a D&D motor, Curtis 500 amp controller, 26" tires, 6"lift. I was able to get speeds of 30mph plus, as my batteries aged, the speed decreased as the mileage between charges also decreased. I just installed 6 new Crown CR190. I can't get my speed or mileage back. Any ideas on what's going on?

Yes, this is a Curtis controller, all these controllers are programmable, was told that it’s not likely the loose there programs, and I did recheck the perimeters. I’m thinking the speed sensor magnet may be a concern, but can’t find any help on them.
Looking for info on the speed sensor magnet. I’m thinking this may be a problem in trying to get my mph back to 30 plus.

Yes I know and have inspected and replaces the magnet. I built this cart from scratch and know every part on it. I started with a stock cart that came off of a golf course. I purchased a magnet that stated it was a high speed one, but didn't make any difference.
saome times they go bad or brake
Any idea where you can purchase “true high speed magnets”?
